This Refund & Service Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which TBLX Media ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides refunds, rectifies service-related concerns, and defines client responsibilities related to deliverables and performance expectations. By engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the terms described below.
1. Overview
TBLX Media provides digital marketing and creative services, including but not limited to video production, photography, social media content, advertising campaign creation and management, branding, and consulting.
We strive to deliver effective and strategic work tailored to your brand and goals. However, it is important to note that we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, conversions, revenue increases, or engagement metrics due to the nature of digital platforms and varying market conditions.
2. No Refunds Based on Performance Metrics
Refunds will not be issued if specific numerical goals or KPIs are not met, including but not limited to:

Sales performance

Engagement rates
-
Ad click-through or conversion rates

Platform growth (e.g., followers, likes, reach)

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
All marketing outcomes are influenced by multiple variables outside the control of TBLX Media, such as:

Algorithm changes

Industry competition
-
Audience behavior
-
Platform policy changes
-
Client-side factors (e.g., website performance, product availability)
We make commercially reasonable efforts to maximize results based on your goals and provided materials, but we expressly disclaim guarantees of specific performance.
3. Refund Consideration Based on Delivery Failures
Refunds or partial credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:

A deliverable (e.g., video, advertisement, campaign asset) was not delivered at all, or

A deliverable was materially different from what was clearly agreed upon in writing, and
-
The Client provided timely, written instructions, references, or creative direction, and
-
TBLX Media acknowledged and agreed to said direction, and
-
The Client raises the issue within 10 calendar days of receiving the deliverable
In such cases, TBLX Media reserves the right to:

Offer revisions or corrections

Provide a partial refund
-
Deny the request based on review of the communication, deliverables, and project scope
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

The Client failed to provide timely input, access, or approval
-
The scope was changed mid-project without written agreement
-
A delay was caused by third-party platforms, vendors, or Client-side technical issues
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure proper delivery of services, the Client agrees to:

Provide clear and complete creative direction, instructions, and access to necessary materials at the project start

Respond to revision requests and feedback rounds in a timely manner (within 3 business days unless otherwise agreed)

Review and approve drafts or deliverables within designated timelines

Notify TBLX Media of any material concerns as soon as reasonably possible
Failure to meet these responsibilities may limit your eligibility for revision or refund consideration.
5. Dispute Resolution
We believe in fairness and communication. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable or experience a service-related issue, please contact us at contact@tblxmediasolutions.com within 10 days of delivery. We will make a good faith effort to resolve the issue promptly.
If a resolution cannot be reached informally, either party may initiate mediation or legal action in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, United States.
6. Changes to this Policy
TBLX Media reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or communicated in writing when applicable. Your continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
